I am incredibly excited to announce the continuation of in-person treatments. I assure you there is a big smile under my masks which I will continue to wear for the health and wellbeing of all clients.
I will continue to ensure physical distancing and additional time to thoroughly clean in-between patients.
I have been working diligently to continue adjusting for the new-normal in healthcare. I will continue to implement all necessary safety and precautionary measures as recommended by our regulatory bodies and AB Provincial Health Office (PHO). This includes physical distancing protocols, thorough cleaning of shared space and treatment room, health screening, personal protective equipment (PPE) use, etc. I will continue to adapt my guidelines as the climate in healthcare adjusts.
I kindly ask all my clients to follow the mandatory clinic guidelines.
Appointments can be booked online, or by telephone or text. I will continue to accept e-transfer as a contactless payment method and any payment via cash or cheque.
If you begin to feel unwell leading up to your appointment, please cancel your appointment online (if beyond 24 hours), or call me immediately, and reschedule. I am asking patients to stay home, and call 8-1-1, if experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 including (but not limited to) fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat or loss of sense of smell.

Please come unaccompanied, and please bring your own face mask if you choose to continue to wear a mask that covers both your mouth and nose.
Please wear it the entire time you are in the clinic.
Please do not bring any non-essential items with you to the clinic.
Please note our washroom access will be limited, and for emergency use only.
Hand cleaning liquid will be available to you.
Once in the treatment room, we will go over a health assessment and informed consent prior to treatment.
